The program includes a flower-laying ceremony at Alexander Pushkin monument in Lyceum garden, the annual ceremony “Tsarskoe Selo Artistic Award” and Lyceum ball at the Great Hall of the Lyceum. By the Day of the Lyceum, opening of new exhibitions in the National Pushkin Museum branches.

    “INTERNATIONAL CONSERVATORY WEEK” 19th Festival
    The international festival, which is unparalleled in the music world, was established in 2001 by the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg Conservatory. Combining concert and educational spheres, the annual music forum introduces the traditions and contemporary achievements of conservatories of different countries, reveals new names of young talented performers, and presents pedagogical skills of famous Russian and foreign professors. Among the festival program there are performances, dedicated to important events in Russian and world musical culture. In 2019 the festival is dedicated to the 175th anniversary of the birth of N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov, whose name was named the first conservatory in Russia.
