    The festival-competition is held as part of the celebration of Youth Day with the goal of developing, supporting and popularizing contemporary choreographic art. Dance groups and performers from various regions of Russia, the CIS and countries of the world are invited to participate. Applications are accepted until June 15.

The participating artists come from St. Petersburg, Kronstadt, other cities of Russia and countries of the Baltic Region.

    “THE VOICE THAT HAS CONQUERED THE WORLD: IN MEMORY OF DMITRI HVOROSTOVSKY”
    St. Petersburg Museum of the Theatre and Music together with Krasnoyarsk Regional History Museum pay tribute to the greatest Russian baritone of the XXth c. The exhibition tells detailed story of life and works of Dmitri Hvorostovsky. The gallery of his operatic roles is presented as well as his’ triumphalist concert performances. Hvorostovsky’s concert and stage costumes, his portrait by A. Levitin, personal items and documents are presented as well as a massive archive of photos, audio- and video-tapes.

    "Akhmatova and Bulgakov"
    In collaboration with Mikhail Bulgakov Museum (Moscow). The project is dedicated to plot parallels and creative intersections in the works of two masters - Anna Akhmatova and Mikhail Bulgakov. Special exhibitions will be held simultaneously in the memorial apartments of Akhmatova and Bulgakov and will be accompanied by large-scale projects in the galleries of St. Petersburg and Moscow.

    “Another Stage” is the new multi-genre virtual project of the Alexandrinsky Theater, within the framework of which original online formats from young directors, playwrights, choreographers, composers and media artists will be presented. The multi-genre program will open with a charity screening of the premiere of the online performance “Drama on the Highway. The trial ”based on the play by Boris Akunin. For the Alexandrinsky Theater and Boris Akunin, this is the first experience of an interactive performance in an online format. The performance will be exclusively broadcast on May 26 in the official theater group on the VKontakte social network (https://vk.com/alexandrinskytheater).

    The State Memorial Museum of Defense and Siege of Leningrad invites you to take part in the 1st Russia-Wide Poetic Marathon dedicated to the 110th birthday of the poetess Olga Berggolz and the 75th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Olga Berggolz became the personification of perseverance and inhuman strength of mind of unconquered Leningrad. Thousands of exhausted citizens during the siege gathered near the speakers in order to hear her voice, inspiring hope. To participate in the action are invited readers from the age of 10 years who love the work of the poetess. Videos, lasting up to 3 minutes, with a record of reading the poetic works by Olga Berggolz, you can send it by mail: info.gmmobl@yandex.ru, and also post on pages on social networks with the hashtag #PoeticmarathonBerggolz.
