The outstanding musician is a well-known violinist and conductor, Peter Guth has toured extensively in many countries around the world, performing with renowned symphony orchestras. In 1978, he founded the Johan Strauss Festival Orchestra in Vienna. His work with this group promoted the conductor to be among the most prominent specialists in the modern interpretation of the waltz king's music. In the Theater of Musical Comedy, Maestro produced the plays "Countess Maritza" by I. Kalman, "Spring Parade" by R. Stolz, "The Bat" and "Viennesse Blood" by I. Strauss.
As an offering to his beloved spectators, whom the maestro does not tire of admiring, Peter Guth chose only the best from the world operetta - hits and works, well known in Europe, but not always familiar to Russian music lovers. The concert will be attended by leading soloists of the troupe, guest stars of the world operetta and, of course, the theater's ballet and orchestra.
